All products sold by Biora are available exclusively as subscriptions. One-time purchases are not available.

By purchasing a subscription / refills product from Biora, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Commitment
All subscription orders require a minimum commitment of two (2) shipments. Refunds and cancellations will not be honored on the first renewal charge. Customers may cancel at any time after their second order has been processed.

Frequency
You will be billed every month, every 28 days from your original purchase.

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
